Our Recruitment Process

We are huge on qualifications and soft skillsets, as the medical profession relies on expertise and emotional intelligence to bring out that unique healthcare experience patients are looking for. Our Recruitment takes place in 3 stages.

Application

Following competency-based metrics, Applicants are reviewed and shortlisted for interviews (virtual and/or physical) .

Registered Nurses

Common responsibilities include:

● Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice
● Observe and interpret patient’s symptoms and communicate them to physicians
● Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients
● Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients’ charts
● Adjust and administer patient’s medication and provide treatments 

Licensed Practical Nurses

Common responsibilities include:

  • Plans and manages patient care according to each patient’s needs.
  • Interviews patients and records their medical history and physical condition.
  • Obtains patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
  • Provides routine care for patients.
  • Assists physicians and registered nurses.
  • Communicates with patients and their families.
  • Performs standard diagnostic procedures including EKG, phlebotomy, venipuncture etc.
  • Prepares specimens for lab courier.
  • Administers medications.

Trained Medical Aide

Common responsibilities include:

  • Helps patients by providing information, services, and assistance.
  • Maintains medical supplies inventory and performing preventive maintenance to keep medical equipment operating.
  • Verifies patient information by interviewing , recording, and confirming their data.
  • Prepares patients for examination by performing preliminary physical tests; taking blood pressure, weight, and temperature; and reporting patient history summary.
  • Saves doctors’ time by helping with office procedures, Schedules and more.

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

Common responsibilities include:

  • Supports Patient’s activities of daily living  like feeding, ambulating  etc.
  • Provides adjunct care by administering enemas, douches, non-sterile dressings, surgical preps, ice packs, heat treatments, sitz and therapeutic baths; and applying restraints.
  • Maintains patient stability by checking vital signs and weight; testing urine and recording intake and output information.
  • Supports patient care by answering patients’ call lights and requests; and reporting observations  to nursing supervisor.
  • Documents actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.

Patient Care Assistants (PCAs)

Common responsibilities include:

  • Work under the guidance of Supervisor to perform patient care services like bathing, dressing, feeding etc.
  • Address patient concerns and queries professionally.
  • Answer call lights and attend to patient needs.
  • Perform basic administrative duties including printing, copying, and filing patient records.
  • Monitor patient’s physical and behavioral changes and update Supervisor as well as medical records.
  • Build positive working relationships with patients and their families.
